Service Description

Just starting out or looking for a more advanced practice - private sessions can be completely tailored to your needs. Can be 1:1, 2:1 or small group. With my physio background these sessions may be suitable for those with more complex health needs or recovering from injury or those who maybe want some specific guidance over a class setting. Please email me to discuss your specific needs and we can book accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please give at least 24 hours notice or you will be charged the full price / one session taken off the block booking
