I qualified as a Physio from Cardiff University in 2018 and worked in the NHS there for 2 years completing my rotations in the hospital as well as for a Rugby Club on evenings and weekends.

I then specialised as a musculoskeletal Physiotherapist upon moving back to Woodbridge. Since then I have continued to work in a variety of public, private and sports settings in New Zealand and Japan.

However I love being back inWoodbridge now and reconnecting with the local community.

Away from the mat and Physio clinic I love doing anything outdoors - swimming, cycling, running or ideally somewhere up a mountain!
